Troubleshooting
Check input, output, and access separately. A moving input meter, active audience display, and verified subscription each describe different parts of the app.
Where to find it
Mac
Settings › Audio Input, Rendering, Displays & Output, and Visual Journeys. Export Diagnostics is under Accessibility & Safety.
iPhone and iPad
Settings › Audio Input, Rendering, Output, and Visual Journeys. Presentation shows Audience Display status.
How it works
- No response: confirm listening, permission, and the selected input. Check the meter, use normal-volume calibration, then adjust gain gradually. Check Pause Session and Freeze too.
- Blank output: check Visuals Off / Blackout, Audience Display status, the cable, receiver input, and mirroring connection. Reconnect with Kamilovision visible.
- Heat or uneven motion: lower resolution or quality, simplify animated layers, and try wired output. Check Current configuration; allow the device to cool before comparing.
- Missing paid access: wait for the check, verify the Apple Account used for the purchase, and restore. If Apple Music goes silent, check its playback and audio destination as well as Screen Mirroring.

For support, record the world, device, input source, output connection, quality, frame rate, and time of the issue. On Mac, Export Diagnostics can provide app-side context.
