Privacy Policy
Effective September 4, 2026
Kamilovision does not operate analytics, advertising, accounts, or cloud storage, and it does not upload your audio or imported media. Audio analysis and visual generation happen on your device.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Kamilovision application for Mac, iPhone, and iPad (the “App”) and the Kamilovision website (the “Website”), provided by Badkom (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Data we do not collect
We do not collect or receive:
- microphone, connected-input, or system-audio content;
- names, email addresses, account credentials, or contact information;
- device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or precise location;
- usage analytics, advertising data, or behavioral profiles;
- your imported images, GIFs, Custom Visuals, or exported files; or
- diagnostics automatically uploaded by Kamilovision.
Kamilovision does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because the App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. Why the App requests access
You may deny or later revoke microphone or system-audio access in Apple System Settings or Settings. Without audio access, you can still open and control the App, but live audio-reactive listening will not be available.
4. Information stored on your device
Kamilovision stores preferences, Live Set choices, Custom Visual documents, imported-media copies and metadata, and recovery information locally on your device. This information provides App functionality and is not transmitted to us. Kamilovision does not provide a cloud account, cloud synchronization, or a Custom Visual backup service. Removing the App or its data can remove this locally stored work.
5. Diagnostics
The operating system may maintain local application logs. Kamilovision does not include its own analytics or crash-reporting SDK and does not automatically transmit diagnostics. On Mac, you may export a JSON diagnostics file through a save panel; saving the file does not send it to us. It can contain timestamps, app and renderer events, failures, and—in internal diagnostic modes—derived music and timing measurements, but not raw audio or imported-media contents. An error message may include a source or device name. You decide whether and how to share the file.
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in Apple’s system settings, Apple may make crash or diagnostic reports available to us under Apple’s own processes.
6. App Store purchases
Apple processes App Store downloads, purchases, receipts, and related account information. We do not receive your complete payment-card information. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and account terms.
Apple Privacy Policy7. Website infrastructure
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or account systems on the Website. Its demonstration video, fonts, icons, and images are served from the same site rather than embedded from a third-party video platform. The Website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, which may process ordinary network information such as an IP address and request metadata to deliver and secure the site.
8. Retention and deletion
Because we do not collect App data on our servers, we have no personal App data to retain or delete. Local preferences and content remain on your device until you delete them, remove the App, or erase them through operating-system controls. A diagnostics file you export remains wherever you chose to save or share it.
9. Children’s privacy
Kamilovision does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user. The App does not contain advertising, social features, public profiles, or user-to-user communication.
10. Changes to this policy
If Kamilovision’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date before the new practice applies. App Store privacy disclosures and permission explanations will be updated to remain consistent with the App.
11. Contact
The public privacy-contact destination will be published here before launch.
