Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Kamilovision is provided by Badkom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kamilovision (the “App”) or this website (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user license agreement is presented when you acquire the App, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) governs your license to Kamilovision. These Terms supplement and do not replace the Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA on a matter governed by that license, the Standard EULA controls.

3. App Store purchases

Purchases, downloads, refunds, billing, available sharing features, and App Store account matters are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable Media Services Terms and policies. We do not control Apple’s payment processing or refund decisions.

4. Permitted use

You may use Kamilovision on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by the Standard EULA and Apple’s Usage Rules. You may use the App’s visual output in personal and professional performances, subject to these Terms and the rights of others.

You must not:

• use the App or Website unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights;
• interfere with, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the App, Website, or related systems;
• redistribute, sublicense, or make the App available except as Apple’s rules permit; or
• reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Your media and creations

You retain ownership of images, GIFs, Custom Visuals, and other materials you create or import. Kamilovision does not upload those materials to us. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use or present any music, media, logos, text, or other content you provide to the App.

6. Audio analysis

Kamilovision analyzes live audio locally to drive visual behavior. The App does not retain the audio it analyzes and does not provide performance recording or video/audio export. You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and venue rules when providing audio for analysis or presenting visual output.

7. Visual safety

Kamilovision can generate rapidly changing patterns, flashes, bright imagery, and other intense visual effects. Use the available safety controls, consider your audience and environment, and stop using or displaying the visuals if anyone experiences discomfort. You are responsible for the way you configure and present visual output.

8. Third-party services

The App and Website may link to services operated by Apple or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, content, or practices.

9. Availability and updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, performance, or the product. Availability may depend on your Apple device, operating-system version, connected hardware, granted permissions, and third-party services. Updates remain subject to the Standard EULA unless a different license accompanies an update.

10. Warranty and liability

The warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable consumer-law protections in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to your licensed use of the App. No part of these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

11. Termination

Your license rights may end as described in the Standard EULA if you fail to comply with its terms. Provisions concerning ownership, responsibility for your content, warranty, liability, and applicable law survive termination where their nature requires it.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the App, Website, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights already granted under the Standard EULA.
