Tune Musical Response

Tune capture sensitivity and visual response separately. More gain is useful for quiet music, but it can also expose room noise.

Where to find it

Settings › Audio Input for calibration, Analysis gain and Boost; the customization panel also exposes Gain, Intensity, Impact, and world reactivity.

Settings › Audio Input for calibration, Analysis gain, Visual response and Boost; Settings › Experience & Playback for Global intensity.

Analysis gain changes input sensitivity, including qualified musical cues. Raise it gradually with ordinary music playing; a high meter alone does not prove a clean beat.
Visual response and Boost shape the analyzed music. Boost strengthens musical drive; it does not change the physical microphone or speaker volume.
Global intensity controls how strongly worlds move, brighten, and respond. Bass, Mids, Highs, and other world controls tune that scene only.
Use calibration first. If noise dominates or the scene is constantly intense, reduce gain or response; Use Defaults restores the recommended starting values.

Keep source volume steady while comparing settings. A distant, muffled speaker or room echo can hide attacks even when the meter is moving.
